Data retention policy:
Personal data collected may include the following; name and contact details, addresses, purchase or account history, records of meetings and decisions, purchase history, account information, marketing preferences, records of consent. Personal data is continuously reviewed by the Company concerning its purpose in terms of our operational requirements. Data is retained for as long as it has a purpose for Company operations. Any data that is no longer deemed to have a purpose for company operations will be removed from the company database. This review of personal data will continue on an ongoing basis. Personal data will be removed upon any specific request from a subject as soon as possible after the Company is notified by email using the address at the top of this privacy notice.
